At Amaanah, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience.

• Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• To request a return, contact us at amaanah.shopify@gmail.com with your order details.

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect products should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping charges, COD fees, and other non-refundable charges may not be refunded unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

• Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or final-sale conditions.
